Monique began her career in Community Management in 2011 after working in the marketing industry. She had the opportunity to be an Assistant Manager at a Master Planned Community and transitioned into high-rise Management as the General Manager at Parkloft Condominium Owners Association in East Village, then an opportunity presented itself to manage Horizons-Marina District Owners Association. She has been serving as the General Manager at The Grande South since March 2019. Monique holds the designation of Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM) through the California Association of Community Managers. With a busy work and family life, Monique enjoys her morning workouts with friends and spends the weekends exploring San Diego adventures with her husband, daughter Kiley, and son Brayden.

Cheyenne began her career in the HOA industry and has been with The Grande South since December 2016. Prior to that, Cheyenne was an Assistant Supervisor at SeaWorld San Diego. Cheyenne holds a degree in Linguistics and Japanese from San Diego State University. When not at work, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, trying new restaurants and recipes, playing video games, watching movies, and listening to K-pop. |
