David began his career in Real Estate Management in 2001 and worked for developers, merchant builders and consulting firms until 2012, when he took on a role at a large international property management company until 2019, when he became GM of a 330-unit high-rise mixed use condominium tower in downtown San Diego. He has been serving as the General Manager at The Grande South since November 2024. Mr. DeMoranville holds the designations of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS). He enjoys time with his wife traveling, cooking, and enjoying all the San Diego has to offer. |

Cheyenne began her career in the HOA industry and has been with The Grande South since December 2016. Prior to that, Cheyenne was an Assistant Supervisor at SeaWorld San Diego. Cheyenne holds a degree in Linguistics and Japanese from San Diego State University. When not at work, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling, trying new restaurants and recipes, playing video games, watching movies, and listening to K-pop. |
