Exterior Building Refurbishment Project Update

Pro-Tech is working on the exterior building refurbishment, continuing to re-paint the building and balconies on the East Facing Train and replacing the caulking on the tile façade and balcony tile where the wall meets the flooring tile; ahead of the painting crew on the South Facing Pool. Exterior Painting Schedule: Continuing exterior work on the ’03 & ‘04 Stacks (East Facing Train) from 12/2 – 1/10 – Units 202, 303-3403 balconies (’03 stack continue to keep balcony items off of your balcony) and Units 203, 304-3404 master bedroom continue to keep windows closed.  
Caulking Replacement – ’05 Stack(Floors 3005-305, & 204): Now that the tile façade replacement is completed from floors 2-7 on the ’05 stack, the caulking team has started the replacement of the caulking/mastic on the balconies where the tile meets the wall from 12/13-12/20 for units 3005-305, & 204. Please move your items to the middle of the balcony, away from the wall as the team will be accessing the balcony intermittently (no access through the unit).   The tile façade replacement for the 05 stack on floors 2-7 has been completed.   Shadow and Pro-Tech Painting will be sending specific updates to the current stacks that are having work done.

Guest Suite Improvements Jan. 13 – Feb. 13

The Guest Suite will be unavailable for use beginning January 13th, 2025 through February 13th, 2025. During this time, improvements will be made to the unit to make the Guest Suite experience more enjoyable for all.
