Happy 2017!  As you welcome in the new year, please make sure that if you pay by check or through your bank’s  bill pay system, you update your assessment rate to reflect the new amount.  If you are on ACH, the amount deducted from your account will update automatically.  You can find your 2017 monthly assessment rate in the budget mailer that was sent at the end of November, or by contacting management.
